Serge Rodrigue Biography
Serge Rodrigue is a graduate of Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, and over six years of experience in the Construction Management field. Serge began his career with Leher McGoven Bovis (presently Bovis Lend Lease), where he has been a part of the Construction Management teams for major Miami projects such as the Loews Hotel, Blue and Green Diamond Condominiums, The Four Seasons Hotel, Tower and the Port of Miami Redevelopment Program.

In his role as Construction Manager at Bovis, Serge was responsible for the daily management coordination which he facilited successfully by completing projects to meet time and cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, bidding, and construction administration functions. Currently, Mr. Rodrigue is the Director of Operations and co-founder of the Haitian Heritage Museum. At the museum, his role includes overseeing the project’s development from design through construction.

Serge’s involvement in a diversity of project types that range from roadwork, bridgework, marine work, luxury hotels, condos and mix use developments has granted him a unique perspective of the many components that make up our built communities here in South Florida. Working with a company that specializes in Design/ Build and Real Estate Development is a unique opportunity that can maximize the insight within the dynamics of community development. Serge strongly believes that through this perspective comes the vision to forge our urban environments to enhance the quality of life which will ultimately contribute to the sustaining of vitality and economic development in our communities.

Serge’s professional affiliations are with the Associated Builders and Contractors of Florida East Coast Chapter, the Construction Association of South Florida, and the Florida Association of Museums.
